The plots are located on the slope of a mountain looking over the La Tranquera reservoir. There are plots for caravans, campervans and shops, the ground is fine gravel, our climate is not good for grass, but there is abundant vegetation providing pleasant shade in summer. There are bathrooms with free hot water, a washing machine and a tumble dryer which work with coins.
At Lago Resort we have wooden bungalows, apartments and mobile homes. This accommodation is distributed in different areas of the campsite based on their type and rural style, integrated with the natural environment where the campsite is located. Their price includes sheets and towels, and they have a heating system, television, dishes and kitchenware.
In addition to visiting the Stone Monastery, we can enjoy hiking around the campsite and in the Hoces del Mesa, where a wide variety of birds live, especially numerous groups of griffon vultures. Easy access to the La Tranquera reservoir allows kayaking routes with guides from the region. 15km away there are 5 spas in the towns near Jaraba and Alhama de Aragón.
In Nuévalos we can visit the House of the Bishop, an Ancient 16th century palace, which is notable for its patio built on columns and its large staircase with lanterns. It currently contains the City Council.
15 kilometres away we find the town of Jaraba, known for its thermal water spas, but also the starting point for interesting routes which connect it with the nearby towns of Ibdes and Calmarza.
